Jennifer Snyder, Owner and Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer had a long career as a Construction Finance Manager prior to founding D&E with her husband Greg in 2010. Jennifer is responsible for all financial and administrative functions at D&E as well as ensuring that everything runs smoothly so we can deliver our commitments on-time, on-budget, and with the highest level of quality and service. Jennifer is one of the co-founders of the Henry Snyder Foundation and helps run the Henry Snyder Memorial Golf Invitational.

Greg Snyder, Owner and President
After studying engineering and starting his professional life, Greg built a successful 28-year career working for Architects, Owners, Builders and Manufacturers learning every aspect of the construction industry before founding D&E Window and Door in 2010. He started D&E with his wife Jennifer and two employees and quickly grew the business to become one of the region’s premier Glazing Contractor’s. Greg is personally involved in every project to ensure that every D&E customer receives the best in quality, service, and professionalism. Greg is the founder and Chairman of the Henry Snyder Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity that raises money for US Veteran charities in his father’s honor.

Dave MacKenzie, Vice President of Sales
Dave brings over 45 years of experience in storefronts, curtain wall, doors and hardware. Beginning at age 15 in the glass business with his father and recently retiring after nearly 30 years as Vice President of Sales for MacKenzie Door, Dave spent 20 years in the field before entering the office to project manage and estimate. Dave’s vast knowledge of door hardware combined with his glazing experience is an asset to Architects and General Contractors from the design build standpoint. Dave is an avid golfer and proud to serve on the golf committee of the annual Henry Snyder Memorial Golf Invitational.

Jason Szustwal, Sr. Project Coordinator
Jason began his construction career as a young boy spending Saturday’s and summers at his father’s construction sites. After high school he fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming a United States Marine and carries those traits of leadership, hard work, and critical problem solving with him today. He has worked in all facets of the architectural aluminum and glass industry including installations, estimating, project management and running day to day operations for a commercial manufacturing facility. His attention to detail and thinking “outside the box” are what he considers his most valuable assets.

Dan Snyder, Jr. Project Coordinator
Dan grew up in the construction industry working with his father on weekends and summers. He works with our staff to coordinate and accomplish the necessary project tasks and requirements. Dan has an eye for detail and is ready to help synchronize all the project elements and make them operate successfully. Dan trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under legendary 6th degree black belt David Adiv and is an avid writer.
